AI Readiness Audit · Start here

Know exactly what is broken before you buy anything.

A 90-minute working session and a written pack delivered in 2 to 5 business days. You get a map of where your revenue work actually happens, a fix list ranked by what it is costing you, and an honest read on which parts an AI system should run and which are not ready yet.

Fixed priceCredited in full against any buildAU/NZ only

Four documents, written for you, not templated.

Everything below is delivered in writing. No slide deck, no verbal-only findings, nothing you have to take notes on during a call.

Systems map

Where every piece of revenue work actually happens today: CRM, inbox, spreadsheets, job platform, accounting, and the parts that only live in someone's memory. Drawn as it is, not as the org chart says it should be.

Leak-ranked fix list

A 47-point audit across pipelines, properties, lifecycle and reporting, with each finding ranked by revenue impact and effort. You can hand this straight to an internal team.

AI opportunity matrix

Every manual process scored on impact, build time and payback, split into three honest buckets: worth building now, worth building once the foundations are fixed, and not worth its maintenance cost.

Prioritised 90-day roadmap

What to do first, second and third, with the sequencing reasons written down. Usable whether you build it yourself, hand it to someone else, or bring us in.

Who this is for, and who it is not.

A good fit

  • Australian or New Zealand businesses, roughly 2 to 50 staff.
  • A CRM that is partly configured and not fully trusted.
  • Automation that accreted over time rather than being designed.
  • No in-house revenue operations capability, and no plan to hire one yet.
  • Willing to hear that the foundations need fixing before any AI goes in.

Not a fit

  • Looking for a chatbot on the website and nothing else.
  • Wanting a second opinion to justify a decision already made.
  • No system of record at all yet: start with the readiness call instead, it is free.
  • Outside AU and NZ. We do not currently take work offshore.

Prefer we call you? If picking a slot in a calendar is not how you want to start, request a callback and we will ring you inside one business day.

We will tell you if it is a no-fit. The readiness call happens before the audit is quoted, and part of its job is to rule the audit out. If the patterns do not transfer to your business, we will say so on the call and point you somewhere better placed.

Three steps. No prep required from you.

Step 01 · Free

Book the readiness call.

Thirty minutes on video. We work out whether the audit is the right next step, and if it is, you get the fixed price there and then. No deck, no prep, no pressure to buy on the call.

Step 02 · 90 minutes

The working session.

A structured walkthrough of your stack with whoever actually runs it. We look at the real portal and the real workflows, not a description of them. Bring the person who knows where the spreadsheets are.

Step 03 · 2 to 5 days

The written pack lands.

Systems map, leak-ranked fix list, AI opportunity matrix and the 90-day roadmap, usually the same week. We walk you through it if you want, or you can just read it.

The ones we get every week.

How much does the AI Readiness Audit cost?

It is a fixed price, quoted on your readiness call once we know the size of your stack and team. We do not publish a number because a five-person trades business and a forty-person brokerage are not the same audit, and a fake "from" price would just mean re-quoting you later. Whatever you pay is credited in full against any build you proceed with.

What does "credited in full" actually mean?

If you go ahead with a build after the audit, the full audit fee comes off the build price. Not a discount, not a percentage, the whole fee. If you do not go ahead, you keep the pack and owe nothing further.

How long does it take?

The working session is 90 minutes. The written pack lands 2 to 5 business days after it, usually in the same week.

Do I need to have AI in mind already?

No. A large part of the audit is separating foundation problems from real AI opportunities. If your data and pipeline are not ready, the pack will say so and tell you what to fix first. That is a useful answer, not a failed audit.

Is the pack useful if I never work with you?

Yes, and it is written that way. The systems map, the fix list and the roadmap are yours to hand to an internal team or another provider. No part of it depends on us being involved.

Can I just start with something free?

Yes. The Revenue Infrastructure Scorecard is 20 questions, scored out of 80, and takes about nine minutes. It will not replace the audit, but it will tell you roughly which band you are in.

Start with a clear picture of what is broken.

A 90-minute deep dive plus a written pack, delivered the same week. Systems map, leak-ranked fix list, AI opportunity matrix and a prioritised 90-day roadmap. Fixed price, credited in full against any build.
