CRM workflow setup
Pipeline and deal stages that match how the work is actually handed over, required properties at each step, and tasks or notifications for the next owner.
HubSpot, CRM & workflow implementation
We configure HubSpot and your other existing tools around one agreed workflow, connect the remaining gaps, test the real exceptions and hand it over with documentation. A fixed scope and clear acceptance checks come first.

Each engagement covers one named workflow. These are the kinds of work a scope usually includes.
Pipeline and deal stages that match how the work is actually handed over, required properties at each step, and tasks or notifications for the next owner.
An approved proposal, accepted engagement or completed job triggers the next step, with the required details checked before anything moves.
Native integrations first, between your CRM and accounting, project or document tools. n8n where a supported connection is missing.
Cleaning up or adding only the records and fields this workflow needs. Large migrations are a separate decision.
Define the trigger, required inputs, responsibilities, expected output and what is outside the work.
Use supported platform features and integrations. Agree which actions can run automatically and which need approval.
Check missing information, duplicate events, unavailable services and changes to the approved scope before acceptance.
Document how the workflow works, how to pause it, what to monitor and who maintains each part.
Large migrations, additional workflows, third-party subscriptions, ongoing operation and major process redesign. Scope, pricing, timing and ownership are agreed in writing.
Proposal handover, document collection, job completion and placement administration are possible starting points. These examples describe work to investigate, not guaranteed outcomes.
Not sure what to fix yet? Start with a workflow review.
No. HubSpot and n8n are part of the delivery toolkit, and we work with the tools you already run where they support the workflow. Compatibility and access are checked before we commit to a connection.
We start with the native integrations your tools already offer and check them against the workflow and your data. A custom connection, for example in n8n, is considered only when a native option cannot handle it, and feasibility is confirmed before it is quoted.
Each implementation has a written scope covering the workflow, systems, acceptance checks, fee and delivery date. A small, clear configuration job may go straight to a fixed-scope quote.
You do. Accounts and admin access stay under your control, and the handover includes the workflow rules, documentation and maintenance responsibilities. Custom code and usage rights are defined in your scope.
Yes. Assembly Growth is based in Sydney and works with service businesses across Australia. How review sessions and training run is agreed in the scope.
Tell us where work gets stuck and which tools are involved. We’ll discuss whether a diagnostic, a small configuration fix or another approach makes sense.
