Integrations

Connect HubSpot, Xero and the tools between them.

Assembly Growth connects HubSpot with accounting, project and document tools for Australian service businesses. Native integrations come first, n8n fills the gaps a supported connection cannot, and every connection is documented so your team can run it.

Connections we commonly scope.

Each one starts from a single workflow and the systems already in place. Compatibility and access are checked before we commit.

CRM to accounting

An approved deal or completed job reaches your accounting system, such as Xero, with the details needed to invoice, instead of being retyped.

CRM to project or job tool

An approved proposal or accepted engagement creates the project, assigns the owner and carries the agreed scope across.

Forms and documents

Enquiries, intake forms and required documents land on the right record, with missing items flagged to an owner.

Custom workflows in n8n

Where no supported connection exists, an n8n workflow with error handling, alerts and a clear way to pause it.

What every connection includes.

  • A written trigger and the fields that move, in which direction
  • Approval steps for anything that should not run automatically
  • Tests for missing information, duplicates and unavailable services
  • Documentation, a pause procedure and a named maintainer

What stays separate

Large data migrations, additional workflows, third-party subscriptions and ongoing operation. Scope, pricing, timing and ownership are agreed in writing.

A few practical questions.

Should we use a native integration, Zapier, Make or n8n?

It depends on the workflow, the volume, the logic and who will maintain it. A native integration your tools already support comes first. n8n is part of our toolkit for connections that need more control; if a tool your team already runs fits the job, we recommend that instead.

Can you connect HubSpot and Xero?

We start by checking the native HubSpot and Xero integration against your workflow: which records sync, in which direction and when. A custom connection is considered only when the native option cannot handle the workflow, and feasibility is confirmed before it is quoted.

What happens when a connection fails?

Each connection is tested against failure cases before acceptance, including missing information, duplicate events and an unavailable service. The handover covers how to pause it, who is alerted and who maintains each part.

Who owns the integration?

You do. Accounts, credentials and admin access stay under your control, and the configuration and documentation are part of the handover. Custom code and usage rights are defined in your scope.
